Sell more per guest
When ordering takes seconds instead of a trip to the concourse, guests order more often, including during play, mid-concert and poolside when they'd otherwise go without.
In-seat ordering for stadiums, arenas and hotels
Guests scan the code on their seat, room or table, order food and drinks on their phone and pay in seconds. Orders go straight to the right stand, and they're delivered or picked up without the wait.
How it works
SeatSide connects your guests, your stands and your runners in real time.
Each seat, room or table has its own QR code or NFC tag, so SeatSide knows exactly where to deliver. The menu opens in their browser instantly.
Guests browse every stand, add items, choose delivery, pickup now or pickup at a set time, and pay by card in a few taps.
The order appears on the right stand's screen. Staff move it through preparing and ready, and guests get a text when it's done.
Runners see a live queue of deliveries with seat locations, or guests walk up at their chosen time and skip the line.
Why venues choose SeatSide
Every minute a guest spends in line is a minute they're not enjoying the event and not ordering again.
When ordering takes seconds instead of a trip to the concourse, guests order more often, including during play, mid-concert and poolside when they'd otherwise go without.
Mobile orders and scheduled pickups take pressure off the counter at peak times, so walk-up customers are served faster too.
No one misses the big play, the encore or the sunset waiting for a drink. That's a better experience, and a reason to come back.
Clear digital tickets go straight to the right stand. Staff tap through preparing, ready and delivered, and an accidental tap can be undone.
Your logo, colors, menu and prices. Each venue gets its own address, like yourvenue.seatsideapp.com.
Guests use their own phones. Your stands and runners use any phone or tablet with a web browser. There's nothing to install or lease.
The numbers
Published research and results from venues that already let guests order from their seats.
of sports fans abandoned a concession line in the past year
of stadium-goers would love to pre-order to skip the line
more spent per seat on in-seat delivery orders at Levi's Stadium by season's end
increase in room service revenue year on year at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore
Figures are industry research and published results from other venues and ordering providers, not SeatSide results. The last two are reported by the venue and by an ordering vendor.
Who it's for
Seat delivery by section, row and seat. Multiple stands, each with its own menu, and runners covering their sections.
In-room dining, poolside and cabana service from a QR code in the room or on the lounger. No phone call to the front desk.
Pre-order for intermission and pick up at a set time, so the bar line doesn't eat the whole break.
Order at the turn, from the cart or the patio, ready when the group arrives.
Spread demand across food courts with scheduled pickup, and keep attendees in the sessions.
Table and lounger service without flagging down a server. Orders go straight to the bar.
One platform, every role
Security and privacy
Each venue runs on its own separate database, never shared with another venue. Staff accounts are protected with lockouts after failed sign-ins, every sensitive change is recorded in an audit log, and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
